Ways to Diversify your Business:

1. Seek out different selling opportunities. E-bay, Amazon, Walmart, Swap Meet, etc.
2. Have us build you an online store. Get your business approved with more prestigious brands & distributors. As you know, wholesale & dropship suppliers require that you have either an online store with a shopping cart or a walk in storefront location. 
3. Always be open to new ideas and new categories of products to sell.
4. Look for closeouts, special buys & over stocks from the various wholesale suppliers. Ask suppliers what specials they are running. If you run into a sweet deal, buy 100 of something.
5. Sell locally at the swap meet. Small items like sunglasses, cell phone cases & chargers, T-shirts, etc. all move pretty well at the swap meet.
6. Have 2 or 3 different websites in different product categories.
7. Look for large selling opportunities. Example:  Schools, Churches, Businesses & Organizations. Music instruments are a great example of products you can sell by the hundreds to local schools.
8.  Be constantly evolving & re-inventing your business.
9.  Focus on what works best. After a year or two, you will certainly know what works and what doesn’t.
10. Use social media to promote your business.
11. Setup an X account and Tweet daily.  Research relevant keywords and hashtags.
12. Create promotional videos and post to YouTube. (free commercials for your business)
13. Try Facebook ads. We have heard that this does work.
14. Buy new equipment for your business. A new computer or phone can nudge you to work on your business more frequently.
15. Visit wholesale suppliers in your city. Get a look at the merchandise up close. Develop a strong relationship with local suppliers.
16. Get on several wholesale suppliers email lists. Stay informed when hot deals are going on.
17. Hand out business cards to everyone. Tack them up at your local grocery store.
18. Stay focused and positive! Businesses always take time to become profitable. Never give up.
19. Consider opening a small storefront. 
20. Always add new products to your website or online platform(s) The major search engines LOVE new content.
21. BLOG! write blog posts frequently. You can get a free blog page at blogspot.com
22. Seek ways to advertise your business for free. advertise my ecommerce website free – YouTube
23. Don’t forget to use our supplier databases / directories. Use the search box when logged in and uncover wholesale suppliers and drop shippers for a wide range of different products. Shorten your search queries for best results.
